I was initially hesitant to try this podcast as I am of a different faith than Dr. K. L. Rich, but I am so glad that I gave it a try. It has become my go to podcast for coping with my narcissistic mother. Dr. Rich is an incredibly wise and compassionate person, and her ability to communicate the trauma of narcassistic abuse is superb.
