  • A must listen!

I found this podcast on a whim- I was looking for something that helped my psychology hunger and was attuned to my interests in witchcraft/spirituality, without the woo-woo. Elizabeth brings such serene curiosity, and she is tender in her guidance.

So relatable. Thank you so much for putting words to the debilitating experience of hosting an intense inner critic. There is so much medicine in just hearing your words and how you show up! I'm very grateful for having come across your podcast Elizabeth.
