I’d give it six stars if I could! Shaela keeps Jesus front and center and simplifies the confusing world of fitness and nutrition in a gentle and encouraging way. Her grace filled episodes are the perfect length to listen to on a quick walk or any time you need a pick me up.
This podcast peels back the layer of lies that so many of us have believed as women. So many of us who love the Lord have never allowed Him into this part of our lives as women. Shaela lovingly opens the eyes of our hearts to how much the Lord wants to be a part of this too- what a gift!
Shaela has a way of talking about health in a way that’s encouraging without being overwhelming. I’m thankful for the way she represents Christ so well while keeping it practical. We need more voices like this in the Christian health and fitness spaces!
