  • An off day

    I’ve been feeling really confident and positive about an upcoming surgery next week, walking every day, eating very nutritious and healthy foods, etc. Today was an off day. Anxiety set in and a feeling of the blues.

    By the time sunset came, I decided I needed to help myself out of this funk, so I put on my vest and a hat ( yes it’s getting chilly here) and walked up and down my long driveway watching the sunset as I walked for a half hour. Listening to Walking is Fitness always cheers me up and ... more
