I love this podcast! I learned about it when I watched the 30 day walking challenge YouTube video. I’ve never been consistent with working out, but this past few months I’ve been striving to increase my steps. I had an average of 8k recently. But now I’m an average of 10k. Thank you for your encouragement. It means a lot. Maryam
I watched the June 30-day challenge video on YouTube. I have a corgi and walk her a mile or so every afternoon, but since she likes to sniff around and since her legs are so short, it usually takes at least 30 minutes to walk a mile. I started your challenge as “me time.” The podcast is a great motivation. It provides a community of people with the same goal. I’m 65 and want to keep active now that I’m retired.
Great motivator. Your podcast helped me to start back walking. I love your sharing your family stories and visualizations of your journey
I take a 4 mile walk every morning, and take Dave along with me. He has some good insights and stories. Feels like I’m walking with a good friend.
Thanks, Dave! You’ve turned this reluctant runner into an enthusiastic daily walker. I enjoy the podcast and our walks together.
