    Thanks for sharing this thought provoking podcast today. My heart goes out to Theresa and this new amputee! I’ve only been on my walking journey for 17 months and there are days walking is what gets me through! I can’t imagine the “pivot” and new season upon this follower they are in my thoughts today!

    Found this podcast today from a young tube suggestion, this got me out for my walk I wasn’t going to do today for reasons pfffft, thanks Dave, I will make this the start of my daily walk as it will get me out the door, which is the hardest part. Highly recommend a listen. Thanks again.

    I‘ve been listening for about 1 1/2 year now. I usually listen to the podcast for the first 10 minutes of my longer walk each morning (5 days a week), I enjoy the various topics Dave talks about. It gets my walk started.It wasn’t until a few months ago when I fell while hiking that I realized the value of just 10 minutes. I hurt my knee, at first I tried to power through, bad mistake.
