    Your podcast has been helping me “just get out there” since spring 2024 - the year I turned 50. That birthday plus being a middle school chaperone for an upcoming beach camp was the motivation I needed to start moving more. Sadly, I am not faithful to walk everyday, but I am glad you are faithful to walk and record. Thank you for being my consistent walking buddy. You are a blessing and an encouraging voice that I look forward to hearing while walking for my fitness.

    Easy to get started. I’ve now been walking since February. I’m 66 and obese but have lost 25 lbs so far with 75 more to go. I started with 10 minutes in February but now walk between 1-2 hours total a day broken down into a long morning walk and a shorter (30-45”) evening walk. I live in South Texas so it’s beginning to heat up here and I’ll need to find some alternatives inside down the road. (103 yesterday). Thank you Dave!
