Funny and inspiring!! I’m 17 trying to have more discipline for myself 👍
I’m 58 years old and I just started listening to this podcast a few days ago. I’ve started walking every day and I credit this podcast for giving me the inspiration. Looking forward to many more days of listening. Thanks for the inspiration/motivation.
I think that, being in my late 30s, Im probably on the younger end of Dave Paul’s audience, but I have still thoroughly enjoyed this simple and encouraging podcast.
This pod is thoughtful, humorous, and inspiring. I am a longtime walking enthusiast but wasn’t sure if a pod with a daily drop would work for me. Boy was I wrong: I look forward to this each day. I don’t mean to sound saccharine but I feel deeply like Dave wants the best for ME, a stranger who lives across the country, whom he has never met. Big bonus: the occasional background birdsong!!
This is one of my favorite podcasts you’ve made. The thought of walking in a pill form and all of those benefits we get makes me want to walk even more. Love your podcast, Dave!
