I found this podcast in January 2024 when I was wanting to get more consistent with walking. The short, daily episodes are perfect for building a daily walking habit! 2.5 years later and I’m still enjoying the show! It’s a good mix of the science of walking, success stories from other listeners, and motivation to keep going!
I found this podcast after doing a month straight of walking. I tried the June Challenge and got as many days as I could. I wake up now between 430 am and 630 am. I listen to this podcast first thing when I start my morning walk. I find the episodes calming and encouraging. I now walk between 7.5 and 12 miles a day but this podcast is a big part of that. Love this podcast and have recommended it to at least 4 other people.
Dave got me moving! He did what I never thought was possible! This month I’ll be walking for 2 years with him. Those who haven’t listened to his podcast yet… you don’t know what you’re missing!
The ten minute a day challenge was just the thing I needed to get out and walk. Ten minutes daily is definitely doable. Need a companion to walk with? Dave is great company!
