Walking is Fitness changed my life for the better. I have walked 10,000 steps every day for 365 straight days now and feel more energy, stronger in my core, and overall just better. I’ve listened to Dave for a vast majority of my daily walks and he makes them oh so fun. It’s like walking with a buddy. Thank Dave!
I love your topics and cheerful nature. It helps keep me motivated. A podcast every day! Amazing!
Your podcast has been helping me “just get out there” since spring 2024 - the year I turned 50. That birthday plus being a middle school chaperone for an upcoming beach camp was the motivation I needed to start moving more. Sadly, I am not faithful to walk everyday, but I am glad you are faithful to walk and record. Thank you for being my consistent walking buddy. You are a blessing and an encouraging voice that I look forward to hearing while walking for my fitness.
Really nice to listen to while walking 👍😊
Easy to get started. I’ve now been walking since February. I’m 66 and obese but have lost 25 lbs so far with 75 more to go. I started with 10 minutes in February but now walk between 1-2 hours total a day broken down into a long morning walk and a shorter (30-45”) evening walk. I live in South Texas so it’s beginning to heat up here and I’ll need to find some alternatives inside down the road. (103 yesterday). Thank you Dave!
