I enjoy these podcasts a lot. Carolyn is very grounded and takes such a reasonable approach to health and wellness topics. Worthwhile and informative as well as fun to listen to. Appreciate them all. Thanks.
Have listened to many of your podcasts while out walking. All are, without question, 5 Star. But, I really appreciated Episode 298 with Ande Lyons. At 68, I walk faithfully every day as much for the joy of moving my body as for the potential health benefits down the road. Ande is absolutely right; walking IS a privilege, not a chore. And, it’s not about adding years to life, but adding life to years! Could not have framed it better myself. Thanks for all you.
A non preachy, informative listen
This podcast is perfect for someone enjoys learning about healthy lifestyle tips during their 30- or 60-minute walk (listen to a couple if you walk longer). Carolyn herself is great, but she chooses relevant topics and researches them through a scientific, unbiased lens. I really enjoy hearing her perspective and that of her guests. I highly recommend!!
I love Carolyn’s positive approach and curiosity, sharing valuable information. I’m a long time listener and have shared many episodes with friends.
