  • Motivating!

    I love to listen to Podcasts that discuss different topics, especially about healthy living, I just discovered this one. I have listened to a few episodes and I already love it! Carolyn is such an inspiration and motivation for my journey into a healthier lifestyle.

    Thank you Carolyn, I listen to your podcasts not just when I’m walking, but also on Saturdays when doing laundry, cleaning the house, etc.

    I really enjoy this podcast. Started listening in the fall of 2024 and went back and listened to many of the earlier podcasts. I have gotten many great ideas and information that has been well researched. Thanks Carolyn for your great podcast that I used to restart my morning walking routine. Great guests too!

  • I listen at 1.25x

    Maybe it’s just me (I’m an avid podcast consumer, and this is the only podcast that I feel the need to speed up), but I recommend listening to this one at 1.25x for the right energy level. Of course, then the timing won’t match up if you’re trying to walk a specific amount of time. It doesn’t bother me - I discovered this in 2024, so there are hundreds of past episodes, and I can listen to multiple episodes as I try to walk 45 minutes per day.
