  • Walking IS a privilege!

Have listened to many of your podcasts while out walking. All are, without question, 5 Star. But, I really appreciated Episode 298 with Ande Lyons. At 68, I walk faithfully every day as much for the joy of moving my body as for the potential health benefits down the road. Ande is absolutely right; walking IS a privilege, not a chore. And, it’s not about adding years to life, but adding life to years! Could not have framed it better myself. Thanks for all you.

  • Best wellness/walking podcast

This podcast is perfect for someone enjoys learning about healthy lifestyle tips during their 30- or 60-minute walk (listen to a couple if you walk longer). Carolyn herself is great, but she chooses relevant topics and researches them through a scientific, unbiased lens. I really enjoy hearing her perspective and that of her guests. I highly recommend!!

Q: So one of them is asking the magic question, what can I do now to make something easier later? And tips for getting past issues with actually doing that.
The answer is to keep the magic question small and actionable, focus on one tiny step, and avoid overasking future self; start with a concrete example like dinner prep or setting up a simple system.
