I just recently found this podcast and have been enjoying it on my walks. Every episode is full of well researched content presented in a way that is digestible, motivating, and actionable. Carolyn herself is very knowledgeable, speaking from experience working directly with clients and brings on various experts to share their wisdom and experience as well. I really enjoy listening to this show while walking, it is inspiring, interesting, and so well done. Re episode 329, I feel like some of us have 4 rings, as caregivers of a totally disabled medically complex person. That ring can throw a constant stream of curve balls. After years of it, walking against the traffic feels VERY hard sometimes… but SO worth it. Thank you for such a great show!
I love your show Carolyn! Your voice and demeanor are lovely. I listen when I’m walking but also at other times. It always feels like being with a good friend.
I enjoy these podcasts a lot. Carolyn is very grounded and takes such a reasonable approach to health and wellness topics. Worthwhile and informative as well as fun to listen to. Appreciate them all. Thanks.
Have listened to many of your podcasts while out walking. All are, without question, 5 Star. But, I really appreciated Episode 298 with Ande Lyons. At 68, I walk faithfully every day as much for the joy of moving my body as for the potential health benefits down the road. Ande is absolutely right; walking IS a privilege, not a chore. And, it’s not about adding years to life, but adding life to years! Could not have framed it better myself. Thanks for all you.
