  • Great show!

Love the banter! The show is so dense with biblical knowledge and how that can apply to life. I often have to pause or rewind to “absorb” what was said.

  • Never skip the intro ;)

The Knowing Faith intro banter is gold. There’s something about the first five minutes where you’re like, “I don’t even care what book of the Bible we’re in today—just let them keep roasting each other.” Jen never fails to swoop in with that dry, surgical humor. ❤️

What makes it work, I think, is that the teasing never undercuts the substance. The Genesis and Exodus runs are rich with wisdom and OT/NT connections—thoughtful, careful, faithful to the word, but the sibling banter keeps it human. more

  • So animals go to heaven

Well, am sorry to say that I couldn’t take anything Kyle had to say about this to heart, once he admitted that he isn’t a dog person! My mother always judged a persons character by if they liked dogs, and I can’t say she was wrong about that. When I was a teenager, my horse would listen to all my woes, and let me lay on his back for hours. Our dogs have been natural therapy , showing concern and love for the sick and elderly, widowed members of our family, without training.( also Bernese Mounta... more

  • I’m with Jen (also, poor Keith)

This episode that just dropped about animals in heaven was great. Boys, sorry to say that you are on the wrong side here lol! Jen is definitely right! At least in the things she says we should not keep closed handed. I highly recommend “Heaven” by Randy Alcorn to expand one’s knowledge and thought process about creation in the new Jerusalem. Also, I’m a big fan, Jen! My best friends and I have been doing your Bible studies for the past 5 years and they have been so helpful and life-giving for al... more

  • Great podcast to clarify your beliefs

These three theologians are engaging and fun. They ask hard questions which helps me to clearly define my personal beliefs. Their banter reminds us that we can discuss hard topics without becoming mean and cruel. I’m listening to past episodes to learn how these topics impact my beliefs.
