Absolutely love the content, it’s fun and dynamic and it really helps me to understand my little 8 years old daughter and her allergies.

As the mother of a child with multiple allergies it was great to hear how to empower them and also reduce anxieties for the whole family. Jo and Dan gave lots of relatable ideas to help young people with allergies. I loved the relaxed atmosphere of the conversation flow with lots of information.

Thank you for such a wonderful, honest and personal interview with the amazing Jo Frost. As a mother of, a now adult young man, that lives with life threatening allergies to peanuts and sesame, so much of what you said rings true. The experiences and anxieties he has had to face when he was a child and even now into adulthood, have been tough, but as you projected so well, it is all about educating others around us. Thank you for talking so openly.

I have recently been diagnosed with anaphylaxis and been doing a lot of research online to find out more about it. Stumbled across May-contain and thought I’d check out the podcasts. Got to say i am glad I did, only listened to a few so far but got to say these are informative and educational for a newbie like me! I don't have food allergies myself but several of my family members do. I find this podcast very educational and can easily see why Dan can relate with and inspire young people with food allergies.

I listened to some of your podcasts yesterday. They are very good and I have lots of tips for people on how to deal with there allergies and how to approach people when you need to inform others of you allergies. 👍

Having lived with a severe dairy allergy since birth I have often felt that no one really understood my allergy and what it’s like to live with one. I have found listening to Dans podcasts and following him on Instagram really refreshing and reassuring that there are people out there that understand and are going through the same things. I would definitely recommend giving him a follow or listening to his podcasts allergy sufferer or not!

It’s so refreshing to hear a young adult voice on life with food allergies. As a “food allergy mom”, I find Daniel’s podcast to be a valuable perspective in helping me understand what my “food allergy teen” will be faced with soon as he enters adulthood. A must-listen for parents as well as teens/young adults. Keep up the great work!

I have a 4 year old with a peanut allergy. This podcast is really informative - I love that Dan discusses things that affect young people with allergies because I can relate the info to my own son growing up. It’s taught me a lot already and as an allergy mum it’s all things I need to know. Light hearted and funny but covers serious subjects. :)

As a parent of two young boys with food allergies, I’ve loved listening to these podcasts. It’s given me an insight into allergies from a male perspective, made me laugh and I’ve been nodding my head in agreement with the personal stories, experience and lessons shared.
