Fascinating episode with Sophia Smith Galer!
I’ve now lost confidence in the academic rigour of Dr Karen. In the latest episode on supplements he tells his contributor that by switching around the supplements he takes, he’s in effect carrying out a random controlled experiment on himself! This is such a misunderstanding of the RCT process it makes the information in whole podcast questionable. I’ll look elsewhere for my information.
Clear, digestible advice. No demonising of foods which I think runs prevalent in the ‘health’ podcast world ! Doesn’t have any charlatans on.
I really enjoy your style of delivering medical information that non medical people can understand and then take us further.
Like the emails too.
Good job!
I never miss an episode. Brilliant. Quirky. Current. Straight talk. Keep them coming. PS please do a pod on osteoporosis.
