I’m so grateful for Susie speaking out about neglect and abuse of our seniors. Many of the nursing homes and residential care homes for the elderly are all about the money. They will tell you they are adequately staffed. In California, the law states that RSFEs must have sufficient staffing to meet the needs of the residents. How vague is that?
