  • Fantastic content and hosts

Many health and wellness podcasts can feel either overly technical and dry or conversational yet without well researched medical science to back it up, but Longevity Junky strikes the perfect balance. The host’s deep knowledge of the field, paired with their approachable and engaging style, makes the content both informative and enjoyable. It’s like getting the “medicine” of valuable insights with just the right amount of “sugar” to keep you coming back for more.

  • Makes Me Smile

I enjoy listening to Buck and Nikki discuss an array of all-things-wellness. I would compare the podcast to a favorite morning show. There is lots of laughter but also serious discussions on new research, new technology and new ideas to help me life a healthier life. I also really enjoy the variety of guest speakers they highlight! My favorite episode so far is the discussion of Blue zones. If you are looking for a light hearted podcast on serious topics, give them a listen!

An interview with a recent guest was so engaging that I searched for that guest on several other podcasts, only to be disappointed in how flat and uncompelling that same guest so... more
