Dr.B has lived and clinically experience to draw from and helps us by explaining the rationale behind things. Psychoeducation is a valuable tool… knowing why & how helps your brain’s neuroplasticity capabilities. Her messaging is detailed, gives case study examples (stories help the intel stick!) and she is straight forward, genuinely passionate about getting this messaging out there to the world. Keep at it!! Thx you! Her programs are useful tools as well!- RC
I don’t doubt her sincerity in wanting to help people, but don’t listen to this podcast if you are looking for solutions. It is an advertisement for her products.
I appreciate this podcast so much, BUT i always turn off the podcast when Dr. B speaks in that one childish voice/tone. It is triggering & distracting. It would be a huge help if that was no longer included.
Fantastic array of podcasts packed with useful content on improving EF skills. Thoroughly recommend!
I have not only learned a lot about ADHD and executive function skills, but also about myself and my amazing brain. Dr B gets it because she’s been there. Her hope and encouragement to focus on positive change make this my favorite podcast.
