    I’m really happy to find a place to hear demos of people using IFS. It was mentioned to me by my therapist but she is not IFS trained. Just learning about it has brought up so much curiosity and interest in me and has shut down a lot of burnout. I’m in a training to be a practitioner myself. My parts become more and more apparent to me and I am clear they are excited to be heard but impatient with me finding a practitioner of my own, or else learning better myself how to get to know them so we c... more

    Love the show and the level of IFS depths we get to see. The work being done here is incredible.

    But the intro is deeply annoying and really takes away from setting the tone for the work in the actual show! It sounds like the intro to a low budget mystery podcast, not a therapy session. The intro is long, disjointed and the repetition of hearing the same peoples aha moments makes them sound trite and annoying if you listen to more than one episode. I strongly recommend something without people... more
