I am searching for information to help me understand my adult child who displays many ADHD behaviors. Kate does a good job describing her challenges and her commitment to making changes that enable her to operate more successfully in all areas of life. She is courageous and I appreciate her vulnerability. I learned a lot. Thanks Kate!
Loved hearing your personal story and did relate to a lot in the process of getting diagnosed. I also was looking for your second episode but don’t see one so either I can’t find it or this project has lost your interest. Lol. #icanrelate
omg I cried through all the first episode, the story is very similar to mine
I have such a hard time understanding my ADHD. I know I’m disorganized, procrastinate and forgetful and it is because of ADHD but this podcast is helping me better understand why and ways to help. Thank you for helping me feel a little better and getting the courage to reach out (emailing right after this review before I forget, lol) and get help in areas I’m really struggling and drastically affecting my life.
Can I just say how creepily similar your story is to mine! Wow!!! Thank you for sharing your story and starting this podcast! I have been wanting to start my own podcast to share my story as well as document being a teacher with adhd!
