  • Canadas Best!

Dave is a legit warrior and advocate for all those who wore a uniform and served their country. As a firefighter I totally respect him and his work for vets. We threw out men and women into battle in foreign lands o my to have them return and out Political establishment turn their backs on these defenders of freedom.

Love his work and especially his updates from Catherine! Keep up the amazing work Dave!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Why Mild TBI Is the Most Overlooked Injury of Modern Warfare
Q: My doctor says my scans are clean. So why do I feel like my brain is broken?
Scans can miss certain types of brain injury; there are non-visible injuries and white matter damage that may not show up on standard imaging, and restoration often depends on targeted rehab and attention to brain health.
Why Recovery Is A Lie (And What Actually Gets You Better)
Q: What role does community play in recovery, and how should programs be structured?
Community is the opposite of isolation; immersive, five-day retreats and ongoing peer support are crucial to sustain momentum and create lasting change beyond therapy sessions.
Why Recovery Is A Lie (And What Actually Gets You Better)
Q: How do you distinguish recovery from simply returning to a prior baseline?
Recovery should lead to post-traumatic growth and greater resilience, not just return to old functioning; it involves continuing to develop strength, wisdom, and contribution to the community.
Why Recovery Is A Lie (And What Actually Gets You Better)
Q: What turned your life around after the darkest period of your recovery?
The realization that I was hurting my family and the decisive move to engage in recovery, driven by a strong personal why, enabled me to pursue physical, psychological, and social rehabilitation with persistence.
Follow This EXACT Program to Lose Weight
Q: Dom, do you mind sharing what your results have been like on the Harden Up program so far?
Dom describes losing about 15 pounds over two weeks of the seven-day starter and ongoing momentum on the Harden Up 30 program, highlighting reduced weight with consistent walking, protein shakes, and daily habits, along with using a gradual, scalable approach rather than extreme workouts.
