This is my opinion. It may differ from others. I found this podcast unhelpful. Experiences of many hours training in mental well being with explanations of it being difficult, painful, “it’s a skill”, without explaining the benefits. If I’m to undertake such a journey, I don’t mind it being difficult providing there’s a trade off. What’s the benefit?
