  • Misleading title

I found the subject of this podcast very appealing as I feel it is very interesting. However this podcast uses an already heavily documented case (Lawrence Horn) as the subject and mentions the reference to the book at one point I thought it was a biography of Lawrence horn, could be shorted down and refocused.

A ‘left wing bias’? Very confusing.. I imagine that you’d find left-wing leanings in an 80lb bag of Portland cement.

  • Very enjoyable!

Meticulously researched and doggedly pursued, this story is engrossing and well-told. Nonetheless, I feel the opening episodes were an unintentional misdirect that led me to believe the entire series would be spent covering the Motown murderer. I didn’t mind when new characters and storylines were revealed, but it was occasionally confusing.

  • Incredible

This is an amazing piece of long-form journalism with high production value. The story is true crime, but it’s also about some really interesting people, as well as the first amendment. Great podcast music and very well edited. Highly recommended.
