The interviews are a rare gem of closure that few true-crime podcasts ever attain. Keep’em coming.
The original American Nightmare podcast captivated me. This sequel (of sorts) has sucked me in again. The production, story-telling and attention to detail are top notch. I also appreciate the sensitivity of the subject matter and how well the hosts handle the crime and its survivors with tact and professionalism.
It’s not always easy to find an exceptional narrative; if you’re looking for great storytelling, you’ve found it with this series.
The host and other creators take such care in handling the difficult story. The story is tragic, and the reporting team is able to prioritize the humanity of the individuals involved.
This is a great podcast. You listen to some and you know when they are not gonna be great, NOT THIS ONE, I love the hosts voice and the attention to detail and use of other sources, like newscasts, phone calls etc. it really brings me in and want to keep listening. Can’t wait for the next podcast!
