  • A bit drawn out

This is a review of season 3: an interesting case was presented but we get many episodes that add no real information. The host wastes a lot of time talking about her own life and other tangents. The amount of info in this season could have been stated in one 30 minute episode so 8 hour long ones feel a bit much.

  • So well done!

I just finished the season on Misty. I’ve read, watched, and listened to true crime content for 20+ years, so…. A LOT. This is one of the very best. The wrap-up genuinely made me teary….

A lot of things can kill what could otherwise be a great true crime podcast: bad facts/lack of research, poor writing, too much rambling speculation, not being meticulously ethical with facts and transparent, not protecting/respecting those who should be protected, little talk about victim, overt bias….. or a ... more

  • Perfection

This podcast is consistently outstanding, and much of that comes down to the host, Sarah. She brings a rare combination of professionalism, clarity, and genuine curiosity that makes every episode feel both informative and engaging. Her ability to break down complex topics into something understandable without oversimplifying is especially impressive.

What really sets her apart is how she frames each conversation. By sharing her perspective both before and after interviews, she gives listeners a... more

  • Certainly interesting

It’s interesting and I think she’s on the right track. Her logic makes sense but then, it just seems to stop out of nowhere before anything is solved or any conclusions are really made. It’s weird, I don’t get it.
