I like the shorter eps and extra healthy ish as well. Please keep going!
Love that every single episode title peaks my curiosity! Hidden risks of Pilates, foods to pep up your 3pm mood, health span vs lifespan….whether it’s a super specific topic or more general one, it’s going to be a valuable listen! The episodes are so quick and bingeable, even the guest ones, so pick a few and dive in!

I’ve listened to you for years and years, and absolutely adore your podcast. I pop it on when I’m going for a drive to put my little one to sleep, and your voice must be his meditation. Your knowledge and questions are spot on all of the time. I always walk away feeling inspired and motivated. Keep going lovely. I’m with you!

I like the short and snappy conversation - a quick few minutes of listening while I make my coffee and I usually learn a few healthy tips along the way!
