  • Love the program, but issues with audio

I love Gina’s program and I’ve had success from it. But girl you need to figure out the audio. The last couple of podcasts I have listen too the sound would cut in and out and it drove me crazy. I hope this can be fixed, I can’t always catch the lives so I relay on the podcasts.

Regulation comes from a place of having access to your best self, not from control and moderation.
Healing's Messy. Joy's Weird. Let's Get Real. - with Dr. Jody Carrington
Q: How would all this affect someone trying to achieve that?
The next best right kind thing in this moment is to come back to the best parts of yourself and remind your body that she's safe.
Healing's Messy. Joy's Weird. Let's Get Real. - with Dr. Jody Carrington
Q: Do you think anyone ever really feels happy or in their content in their body?
It's hard right now because of all the noise that makes it difficult for one to feel content with their body.
Healing's Messy. Joy's Weird. Let's Get Real. - with Dr. Jody Carrington
Q: Is this why body positivity is so hard? Or body acceptance?
Comparison has never been so easy, making people feel inadequate about their bodies and changes they're trying to achieve.
