So great I found this to listen too. I felt alone and lost about women’s health issues including menopause etc. so very thankful for all the incredible information!!! Keep doing podcasts please! ❤️🤗
I listened to every podcast from the beginning and found the information highly credible and presented in a relatable manner. Thank you Dr Fiona Lovely for taking this on - I feel so much more knowledgeable about the subject and empowered to manage my nutrition, sleep, exercise and relationships in a positive way. I’m recommending the series to all my friends.
