  • Every woman need to listen to this

While I’ve been extremely healthy, I’ve done so many things wrong in the past 5 years as a woman heading to perimenopause. I’ll make it quick. I tried intermittent fasting, cutting most carbs, not eating sufficient calories while doing a lot of physical activities. • Best podcast on women’s health

I stumbled across this podcast a few years ago when it was brand new. Since listening I feel like I understand what is going on in my body. I have the confidence to talk to my dr and ask for what I want and need. I don’t feel as alone managing menopause as I did before. I no longer feel like I’m the crazy one. I strongly recommend this pod cast for anyone that is feeling lost in this stage of life. (Including husbands so they know what their wives are experiencing ).
