I gained 5 lbs the past few years and couldn’t get rid of them no matter little I ate or how much exercise I did. I suddenly got sick one day (hadn’t been sick for over a decade before this) few weeks ago and couldn’t sleep or exer... more
Stephanie’s menopause podcasts are invaluable and full of helpful information. Easy to understand, clear and concise…
I’m so impressed with Stephanie. I am 47- I feel pretty knowledgeable about all of the topics. She mentioned SEVERAL key tips that I have never heard before! I plan to listen to this episode over again, so I really absorb it! Ty!
I stumbled across this podcast a few years ago when it was brand new. Since listening I feel like I understand what is going on in my body. I have the confidence to talk to my dr and ask for what I want and need. I don’t feel as alone managing menopause as I did before. I no longer feel like I’m the crazy one. I strongly recommend this pod cast for anyone that is feeling lost in this stage of life. (Including husbands so they know what their wives are experiencing ).
Episode 92 is what I needed. It has been life changing. I feel much more rested in the morning:)
