I followed Stephanie’s teachings like a champ. I didn’t worry when i gained a little weight. I was also weightlifting so I assumed it was gaining muscle. While I’ve been extremely healthy, I’ve done so many things wrong in the past 5 years as a woman heading to perimenopause. I’ll make it quick.
