    I followed Stephanie’s teachings like a champ. I didn’t worry when i gained a little weight. I was also weightlifting so I assumed it was gaining muscle. I love some of the ideas and incorporate, but I’m not losing weight like I’m “supposed to” and was starting to feel really bad about myself… even tho I feel great. There’s definitely a line of reasoning prevalent in her does that if you do x,y,andz, you’ll see steady results. I can’t live my life hyper focused on diet and exercise. It’s not my ... more

    While I’ve been extremely healthy, I’ve done so many things wrong in the past 5 years as a woman heading to perimenopause. I’ll make it quick. I tried intermittent fasting, cutting most carbs, not eating sufficient calories while doing a lot of physical activities. I gained 5 lbs the past few years and couldn’t get rid of them no matter little I ate or how much exercise I did.
