  • Great pod, Terrible audio

This is a perfect pod for those getting into the world of future studies as well as experienced futurist. Really shows the interdisciplinary of the “field”. I really enjoy most episodes.

But, they pod would be substantially improved if it managed to get any decent audio technology from Peter Haywood i.e. the main presenter. Seems like an easy fix.

EP 242: Authorship through Participation - Eva Oloumi
Q: What enables people to feel they have authorship in a large, multi-level system?

She argues they are all the same underlying process—starting from current context and moving toward a desired future—implemented through contexts, facilitation, and emergent ownership rather than fixed recommendations.
EP 242: Authorship through Participation - Eva Oloumi
Q: So what's your story and how did you get involved with the Futures and Foresight Community?
Eva describes a diverse path from arts to problem-solving and co-design, using drawing and visual thinking to enter co-design and futures practices, which then evolved into leading Paradigma's emergent, context-building work.
EP 239: Navigating the Age of Chaos - Jamais Cascio
Q: If people want to know more about how they engage with you or the work or the ideas or the communities, where do they go?
