  • Learn and Laugh

Clever, funny, informative and never boring. Anabel and Leigh are excellent hosts. They know each well and bounce off each other in a way that makes me laugh each time.

  • Great, but sound quality not so excellent at the moment

Absolutely love the show, but wonder if there’s anything that can be done to improve the sound quality now you’re recording at home? It sounds a bit more echoey and not as crisp.

  • Fix the sound quality please

The new weekly format is great, but the recording quality is awful, especially the echo/background noise from Annabel’s mic.

Also, if you’re planning to talk about a show/movie/podcast etc, please aim to have the names of the cast/crew/author etc in front of you. It always sounds so unprofessional when you’re either reaching for names or getting them wrong. Other than that, all good.

  • Dangerous to a stern reputation

More than once I’ve found myself grinning uncontrollably and occasionally snort-laughing while listening to one of Annabel and Leigh’s stories … this does cause a few glances while walking around town, and I think I scared a few hikers by looking so happy while climbing a very steep stretch of the trail. This is a great podcast to keep you company on any adventure or side quest.
