    My client stumbled across episode 97 and I’m fortunate that she had enough baseline knowledge to realize this is a poor resource, if not a harmful one. The podcaster suggests animal protein can mimic/achieve what GLP-1 medications can, which isn’t backed by science. She perpetuates weight stigma by suggesting GLP-1 use is an “easy way out” while trying to disguise it by saying she has clients who use this medication.
