    Eye popping exposay regarding effects of what we put into our bodies and even our minds. Very educated and experienced guests AND hosts- many science based facts on ultra processed foods and mental health. I’ve been listening since December 2021 and will continue to do so! I have tremendous gratitude to Dr. Vera Tarman, Clarissa Kennedy and Molly Painschab as they have she’d do much light on this!!
