  • You don’t have to suffer!

Probably like most of you, I found this podcast when I was in severe pain and terrified about how I was going to go about my activities of daily living pregnant with a toddler! I learned so much about sciatica through this podcast and immediately signed up for Ashley’s patient advocate program.

He truly goes above and beyond for his clients and helped me get my pain under control quickly. I’m so much calmer knowing that if I get myself into a painful situation again, Ashley’s got my back (lite... more

  • Thank heavens for Ashley Mak!

I’ve had sciatica daily for 9 months. I’ve seen two physios and an osteopath and they’ve helped a small amount, temporarily, but been unable to resolve the issue. Ashley and his guests take a holistic, individualised, approach to helping people reduce pain and get back to normal life. This is exactly what is needed, and I so wish I’d found this podcast sooner!
