It was wonderful to listen to someone who has knowledge and a deep understanding of the body and how muscles work.
I’ve had sciatica daily for 9 months. I’ve seen two physios and an osteopath and they’ve helped a small amount, temporarily, but been unable to resolve the issue. Ashley and his guests take a holistic, individualised, approach to helping people reduce pain and get back to normal life. This is exactly what is needed, and I so wish I’d found this podcast sooner!
This podcast is a must for anyone looking to find an alternative and holistic way to heal back pain. Dr Mak’s approach is gentle, progressive and innovative. I’m grateful we have been able to align our podcasts and businesses to help people live pain free.
