  • Varied, honest and SO inspiring!

I've been listening to this show for almost a year now and it always gives me a boost of inspiration and motivation.

Yes, it's about alcohol-free living, but it’s also about the clarity, potential and version of yourself that was always there waiting.

The episodes are always so interesting and varied, covering everything from the neuroscience of drinking, nervous system regulation, burnout to more specific health related topics, as well as travel, legacy, and self-development and purpose.
