  • Emotional Sobriety

I’m so grateful I found this podcast when looking for guidance about an alcoholic friend also diagnosed late in life as on the autism spectrum. Then as I continued listening I found such similar ways of thinking about my own sobriety from alcohol, and how much I have been seeking emotional sobriety for so much of my life.
