Very much enjoy this podcast. Lots of helpful, good information and advice here. According to the seminal book Estrogen Matters, (Buming and Tavris), there are NOT overwhelming risks related to breast cancer. Would love to hear Dr. Ritch’s thoughts on this.
I am faced with a hysterectomy or other surgery as a result of a rapidly growing fibroid. Episodes 57 and 58 were so helpful. Dr. Ritch has relieved a lot of fear and apprehension I am feeling about whatever surgical procedure I end up having. I feel much more informed and confident in my ability to endure the treatment and recovery. Thank you for sharing this valuable information!
There’s so much noise about menopause and peri menopause that it’s easy to become overwhelmed by the overload of information.
Dr. Ritch has an incredible way of breaking down complicated topics and information and explaining them in terms that make so much sense.
I’m a physician and absolutely love this podcast. I look forward to each episode.

This has quickly become a must listen show for me as a thirty-something female. Dr Ritch does such a great job of highlighting, normalizing, and explaining so many issues I feel often get brushed to the side. Thank you for all the valuable info!!!
