  • So grateful!

I didn’t know that the phobia that I’ve struggled with my entire life has a name. The feeling of embarrassment kept me from doing any research into it. I was trying to find solutions and to heal on my own though my own internal work.

Phobia?! I am so grateful for discovering this podcast. It’s so healing, so helpful!

  • I Thought I Was Weird

Anna, wow, thank you for this podcast. I grew up with Emetephobia and panic attacks but NOBODY understood me. My parents just thought I was crazy and told me to stop worrying and doctors told them it was PMS. It grew worse in my adulthood as I began having children (germs!) and they would get the stomach virus. I was spinning out of control. Here I am at 49, not recovered but definitely under control. Now I have an 8 yr old girl with Emetophobia and severe anxiety. She restricts her food and is ... more
