Thank you so much for the latest podcast about defiance and OCD. Sifting through this issue has been hard for me since the beginning of our journey and realizing our child is struggling with more than adolescence and boundary pushing. I’ve learned a lot from this podcast and hope I can use some of the info to decipher whether I’m dealing with OCD, defiance or both!
As mom of a teen with OCD, this podcast has been a real lifeline over the past two years. Every episode is highly relevant to the day to day struggles of parenting a teen with OCD and anxiety, and this podcast provides information and support I haven’t found anywhere else. Natasha’s organized and calm approach to explaining what is going on and how to deal with it has been incredibly helpful for me. Thank you so much, Natasha!
Another parent recommended Natasha Daniels to me and thank goodness she did!

Until now!

I don’t think I would have survived my child’s onset of OCD in early elementary school without this podcast. I still listen to it since OCD rears its ugly head periodically. OCD is infuriating, baffling and difficult for the patient and the whole family. Natasha’s compassionate and concrete guidance has helped me be a better coach and support for my child, and identify therapies that are the best fit.
I wish I had such great information when my daughter was little. OCD is such a difficult disorder to live with and live around. Thank you for your warmth and support. Hi from Australia 🤍
