Real-life friends, Lainie Ishbia from Trend-Able.com, & Estela Lugo from the Hereditary Neuropathy Foundation, are real, raw & perfectly imperfect in their informal discussions about the trials & tribulations of living with disabilities. Both women wear leg braces due to chronic neuromuscular conditions and are passionate about helping others feel confident in their own skin.

I just started listening to your podcast….. I can’t tell you how much I am enjoying it, hearing your experiences and experiences of others is helping me with acceptance of this disease (CMT) and helping me face challenges in a more positive way. Thank you both for being incredible advocates for the community. 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
I love this podcast! I’ve been binge listening to all of the past episodes and think it is great! They really touch on CMT and other disabilities, seen or unseen! can’t wait for new episodes!
It’s rare to find pods about disabilities. This one makes me feel seen and understood. The conversations are real and the topics juicy. Keep doing what you’re doing.
This is an incredible podcast and I learn so much and I get so inspired every time I listen! bravo!
I enjoyed the Podcast about Becky. I connected a lot with her in so many ways. I have also had the surgery on my left foot. I would love to do it on my right foot, but I will have to be in warm place where I won’t have to drive.
