These women are so much fun to listen too. Not only are they informative on all things health and behavior related, they are also comedy to listen to and they keep it REAL.
These women are amazing! I am a 53 year old mother of 3 and I can’t believe I’ve learned so much. I’ve learned so much about nutrition, so much about lifting weights and so much about ME. Run -don’t walk to join this group! You won’t be disappointed.
The thing I love about these amazing women is that they do everything with passion, honesty and true self-reflection. I feel like I am having a back and forth conversation with friends when I listen, which might just mean we have similar brain waves 🤣 I love that they are open to feedback, answer questions and genuinely want to empower others to reach their goals.

Love tuning into the podcast! I always leave with something new I’ve learned and able to implement into my own routine! I also genuinely enjoyed hearing Chauntae’s labor and delivery story. It made me smile and laugh so many times, especially as it made me remember my own labor experience. Keep it up, ladies!!! You’re doing an incredible job!!!
