  • Recognizing the illness

My husband struggles with depression. After listening to Joe Ferraro, a lot of his behaviour patterns were similar. A conversation about the podcast has opened the door to recognizing destructive habits.

Just listening to these has been great, lots of good thoughts. The last episode where they were talking about the meeting with the Kal tire reps. Had me choke up. Men, we need to talk more bout our feelings!

  • Hidden Gem fellas

I heard about this podcast of another podcast I follow. Oddly enough Dan and I attend the same gym every morning, ok for me every other morning, but I had no idea how insightful, thoughtful and inspiring it would be. The conversation is light and easy to follow with some true hidden gems throughout the pod! I want more of this Murph, KEEP IT GOING!

    Nice work sir!

  • Did we miss something?

This is suppose to be a MEN’s Health podcast. So, why is a woman talking about her experience?

If this was a Women’s Health podcast and a man talking about his experience, there would be an outrage.

Men’s Health podcast is for Men and should only be done by Men.

  • Perfect Timing - Thank you!

I heard the ad yesterday for Dan’s new podcast and listened to it this morning when making breakfast. As a 55 year old former athlete and active person who’s now more sedentary than I want to be and, frankly embarrassed for the extra 30lbs I’m carrying around, I want to extend a sincere thanks for this initial podcast and topic. Great balance of questions, discussion and science - especially Jennifer’s science, it really resonated with me. Great job Dan, I’m already looking forward to the next e... more
