  • Spitting truth

Keep calling men forward to rise and keep expanding our knowledge of what a real man looks like. So much value here. Thank you!

  • Important info but still defends men’s bad behavior at times

I am glad he is putting this content out there- men need as much of it as they can get. I was disappointed, however, listening to a recent podcast about intimacy and he seemed to be defending men’s bad behavior. I get it, he is a man, but it still isn’t healthy to defend men at large in their dysfunction.

  • Disappointing

After hearing Connor on other podcasts being pretty raw, honest and insightful, decided to start listening to his own podcast. Still occasionally insightful, but a lot of the time he ends up explaining to men what women are thinking and completely missing the mark, buying into the Jordan Peterson school of thought that women don’t actually know what they want so you shouldn’t listen to them because they are ruled by their biology. I mean come on Connor. It’s 2025, get with it. I know you can han... more

  • Where did the Mark Walsh episode go?

It was the best thing I’ve heard on this podcast. Went to share it with a friend and it seems to have disappeared.

  • Sometimes vague and general.

Trying to find the words but sometimes feels vague or general and “rantful” Some episodes better than others. Much also self-explanatory. I know some people may struggle more with simple things. Could go more in-depth, episodes can be short. And feels like most of his personal experience only.

We know some of the stuff already… but want to know how to implement it. Bridging the self awareness to action.

The 3 Things That Destroy Intimacy In your Relationship
Q: Let's start off with the idea of masculine leadership in the context of a relationship. What does that look like in practical, everyday terms?
It's about ownership, meeting yourself with compassion, avoiding self-deprecation, and taking responsibility without blaming the partner. Real leadership involves staying proactive, communicating clearly, and repairing your mistakes with honest accountability rather than defending or denying them.
Trusting Yourself Again After Trauma - Coaching Session
Q: What is the current pattern of rumination in the new relationship, and how does it relate to past experiences?
The guest describes ongoing rumination about whether the relationship is right, linked to past fears of making the wrong decision and to the previous lack of intimacy in his marriage.
Trusting Yourself Again After Trauma - Coaching Session
Q: What happened in the divorce and how did that impact your mental health?
He shares there was no infidelity; the marriage ended due to growing apart, with prior mental health struggles contributing to the strain.
Trusting Yourself Again After Trauma - Coaching Session
Q: How are you feeling coming into this conversation?
The guest expresses a willingness to explore uncertainty and previous trauma while acknowledging some lingering doubt about the new relationship.
Why Anxious & Avoidants Attract (and How to Fix it) with Thais Gibson
Q: What should someone do in the moment if they're anxious or avoidant during conflict?
Anxious individuals should practice proactive, specific communication of needs (not criticizing) and avoid over-texting; avoidant types should seek space while planning a calm follow-up discussion; both benefit from reducing negative framing and planning a constructive next step.
