Connor’s thoughtful approach, combined with his raw honesty and wisdom, makes every episode both insightful and actionable. As a woman, I find it just as important to tune in—understanding these conversations helps me gain deeper insight into the men in my life and fosters stronger, more meaningful connections. A must-listen!

I have sent numerous clients (and my own adult sons) many a ManTalks podcast link. I listen to every episode, often with a journal in hand. Connor and his guests get right to the heart of the challenges and beauty of being an emotionally awakening human. So grateful for Connor and the work he’s done to be able to share as he does. Thank you
