  • Sometimes vague and general.

Trying to find the words but sometimes feels vague or general and “rantful” Some episodes better than others. Much also self-explanatory. I know some people may struggle more with simple things. Could go more in-depth, episodes can be short. And feels like most of his personal experience only.

We know some of the stuff already… but want to know how to implement it. Bridging the self awareness to action.

I a very disorganized attachment person due to my totally unpredictable life. This helps me to notice when I’m about to move away or just run and get out of dodge. I move intuitively now, mostly anyway, so it’s easier to be able to tell the difference in “ intuition and impulse” . My trauma is complex. Moved 37 times in 14 years, went to 27 schools, before I quit at age 14 and left home because of a potential gun fight showdown. lots of violence threat including sexual and guns, alcoholic dad, ... more
