This is a great information podcast but unfortunately when you talk, we can’t hear the person being interviewed. So best to not say “mmhmm” or “yeah” or laughing since we can’t hear what they are saying. Keep the good interviews and stories coming!
I absolutely love this podcast. I’ve been listening since 2018. Stephanie asks the most insightful questions to her guests that are helpful for the listener. She always stays on topic, she interesting to listen to and has a relaxing voice. I always get excited when I see there’s a new episode available. Thank you, Stephanie!
I started listening to Stephanie after her appearance on Gin Stephens podcast. Also fan of IF, I find it contributes to better lifestyle for me. I like hearing people stories, especially I am still quite new to Crohns.
Loved this one and Stephanie's personal experiences. Lots of tips and good info for anyone to lead a healthier life!
I recently got diagnosed with Crohn’s and I was feeling sort of hopeless and lonely. Listening to this podcast has changed my whole outlook on things and I don’t feel like I'm going through this alone anymore.
