Hearing from Ashley and her team has been really helpful to better understand IBD and the process to getting tested, treatment and dietary needs.

This is the first time I felt validated in my experience of having ulcerative colitis (besides talking to my husband & therapist) I simply donāt know anyone in my personal life who also has UC, and listening to you both helped me feel heard and understood in a huge way. Thank you for being part of my healing journey š
