  • Honest with extremely helpful information

I have enjoyed listening to Richard’s podcast for almost a year. The podcasts contain highly valuable insight and information on living in Costa Rica and the unique process of buying property there. He is honest to almost a fault, but this gives you a true perspective that few others offer. I had the opportunity to meet Richard this month, and he is the honest, hard-working and caring person that comes through on the podcasts.

As a person who is very interested in all things Costa Rica at the moment, this podcast checks all of the boxes. It’s also cool that he is so willing to help and answer questions so freely, I don’t think I’ve ever seen that from other podcasts I listen to. You and your guests have your finger on the pulse down there, keep up the good work!
