The housing market could do something it’s never done before—permanently reverse. For as long as home prices have been recorded, they’ve always increased over time. But, with one of the largest generations, the Baby Boomers, aging out, and household ... more
More price cuts could be coming this year. Zillow just made headlines by revising its 2025 housing market forecast, now predicting home values to drop in much of the United States. But do other top housing market forecasters agree, and if home prices... more

Andrew Freed turned one condo into a rental property portfolio that makes him $10,000 per month! Just four years ago, Andrew had little to his name—around $50,000 and a $200,000 condo. That’s what a decade of working had gotten him, but to Andrew, it... more

Five stars all the way since Dave Meyer took over. Love his personality and the heavy data focus. Also love that bigger pockets is not reflexively far right like so many other real estate pods. Wish the average real estate investor understood how destabilizing the current administration is and how terrible that instability will be for the country, investments and, wait for it, real estate.
Really enjoying the recent changes with this podcast. More informative and relevant. You can only listen to so many success stories which was the original format of this podcast.
It’s hard to have a podcast on a specific subject for so long and stay relevant, it’s just not what it used to be anymore.
This podcast was elite. Now the guests and information have gotten kind of repetitive. Dave is great. It’s more so the content production and creative. And for at least 25-30% of listening time to be ads, what a poor listening experience. This isn’t TV, it’s a podcast lol. Hope they figure it out. I love BP but the product is really declining.
Have listened for four years and am still a Bigger Pockets Pro member. However, the BP content and show quality have fallen dramatically since the new owners fired David Greene and Rob Abosolo(sp?). Latest episode was unhelpful - rates are up bc of tariffs? Not the 24 Trillion the Fed printed and the two premature Fed rate cuts before the election? BP is now just high level blather I can get from the WSJ or any website. Wish you all the best, but I’m moving on bc BP has lost its mojo.
