  • Disappointing

I was excited to try this podcast after hearing about it for a while. The first episode I tried had such terrible audio I couldn’t even listen. Also saw lots of other reviews about it just being ads and promotions now. Really disappointing!

  • Experienced host

I was huge fan of BP till last year. IMHO,Dave Meyer is great at data analysis, but lack experience in active real estate such as flipping , buying value add rental properties, handling tenant issues . I am not sure if it is a smart thing for a host to interview an experienced flipper without reasonable

Experience. previous hosts set the bar high.

  • Quality has dropped substantially

Long time listener. It’s clear that most guests are paying to promote themselves these days. Very few interesting episodes. Add in all the ads and it’s just plain boring these days.
