    This podcast used to be one of my favorites. It could explain things to beginners didn’t have many ads, and the cohost were relatable. I just listened to a couple recent podcasts at the end of 2025 and end into 2026 with a new host and not good. They explain things as if a new investor should know what all of these terms should mean and actually have a tone that kind of talks down to a new real estate investor.     I was excited to try this podcast after hearing about it for a while. The first episode I tried had such terrible audio I couldn’t even listen. Also saw lots of other reviews about it just being ads and promotions now. Really disappointing!
