Update: dropping down to one star. The host can’t even pronounce the name of a fairly major city - Reading, PA, correctly. He’s supposed to be a national real estate investing expert? Wow.

Original review:
Like any BP podcast today- have the skip button handy and bump up the speed on this one. Matt’s arrogance and snark is audible with every breath he takes. The content is warmed over and slanted toward the real estate industry. ... more
Dave tells it like it is! Bravo
Tyler is back … downgrading to 2 stars. What happened to Matt Meir? Matt was perfect for this content. This show is insufferable with the way Tyler talks - like he’s reading children’s stories. Unsubscribing.
New Host!!! Amazing - updating to 5 stars now. Soooooo good!
I listened to this everyday. But increasingly it’s gone away from news and whole episodes are basically someone’s opinion. And it’s largely become political. It’s been disappointing, as I had relied on this as a valid news source. I might check again in a few months to see if things go back. But for now, I have to step away, I didn’t subscribe to this to listen to someone rant on a podcast.
