You guys have got to do something about the audio levels. It's quiet but when someone gets a little louder it's x10 and almost hurts my ears. 😅😅

  • Great show but for the love of god!

This is one of the greatest real estate show. It reminds me of the old BP shows where people called in with real problems and solutions. It seems like so many shows are concentrating on the person with 1,000’s of properties or 100’s of million under control. Who are those shows for? Are they listening to those podcasts?

But…for the love of God. Buy a new silent keyboard or mute your microphone while typing during the interview I ASSUME you’re taking notes. But the click clack of your keyboard i... more

  • If you want fake Christianity and MAGA cultism, this is your show

Dave is a “disabled” former cop with no education. However, he isn’t dumb. He knows how to prey on people under the guise of getting rich, self-improvement, and now…”faith.” His blind spot is politics, he’s been conned by the conman in chief and doesn’t want listeners who disagree or aren’t part of the cult.

He has far fewer ads than bigger pockets and his material is better too. Dave I value your RE experience but that’s about it. You’ve always got something to shill for and it takes away fr... more

  • Eps 90 & 91 and a Thought

Ep 90: Too many shout-outs. Ep 91: Too much typing during the interview. Makes you wonder if the guest was fully present. A thought or 3: David Greene seems like a good guy with a lot of knowledge on real estate, psychology, and bettering oneself. I appreciate his wanting to make a change & relationship with God. I do have to question a single man, who constantly makes comments about his male guests’ physical appearance. It, like the impersonations once did, slightly takes away from the... more
