  • Unbiased Insight

David’s view into all things that make the real estate market move and react are incredibly insightful and it’s helped me understand not just the real estate world but US economics in a way I didn’t even know I wanted to know. Absolutely awesome

You guys have got to do something about the audio levels. It's quiet but when someone gets a little louder it's x10 and almost hurts my ears. 😅😅

  • Great show but for the love of god!

This is one of the greatest real estate show. It reminds me of the old BP shows where people called in with real problems and solutions. It seems like so many shows are concentrating on the person with 1,000’s of properties or 100’s of million under control. Who are those shows for? Are they listening to those podcasts?

But…for the love of God. Buy a new silent keyboard or mute your microphone while typing during the interview I ASSUME you’re taking notes. But the click clack of your keyboard i... more

  • If you want fake Christianity and MAGA cultism, this is your show

Dave is a “disabled” former cop with no education. However, he isn’t dumb. He knows how to prey on people under the guise of getting rich, self-improvement, and now…”faith.” His blind spot is politics, he’s been conned by the conman in chief and doesn’t want listeners who disagree or aren’t part of the cult.

He has far fewer ads than bigger pockets and his material is better too. Dave I value your RE experience but that’s about it. You’ve always got something to shill for and it takes away fr... more

David Greene Show I You’re Being Gaslit in RE Right Now. Here’s Why I Episode 131
Q: What should a new agent look for when choosing a brokerage?
Look beyond the headline split; priority should be on training, mentorship, and whether the brokerage provides real support that helps you grow, rather than just cheaper commissions.
David Greene Show I You’re Being Gaslit in RE Right Now. Here’s Why I Episode 131
Q: What would you tell a new agent considering getting their license to expect?
The practical learning happens after you join a brokerage, where you start showing properties and working with clients; the exam material is just the entry point, and mentorship is crucial.
David Greene Show I Deep Dive on the Housing Shake Up I Episode 127
Q: What are the two main players in this emerging battle, and why does it matter to agents and clients?
The two biggest players are Compass and Zillow, with Redfin and Keller Williams entering via partnerships; it matters because control over where listings are shown and how services are bundled can determine which agents get leads and how buyers and sellers experience the process.
David Greene Show I Building A Badass Site For Your STR (and how to save when traveling) I Episode 125
Q: Can you share the numbers on that for people that maybe don't own a short-term rental?
We discussed the 2025 changes where host commissions rose from around 3.5% to a higher blended rate, with guests paying a separate fee that used to be shared but is now mostly absorbed by hosts, leading to higher cleaning fees and pricing strategies designed to offset those OTA charges.
Surviving a Real Estate Catastrophe at 21 I Episode 119
Q: What was your first deal, and what went wrong?
A vacant land parcel in Boston bought at $50,000 with plans for four units, but a deed restriction and lack of a proper team led to massive soft-cost overruns and a failed permit. It was a pivotal learning experience that showed the importance of due diligence and the right support.
