Not what it used to be. Has lost its way.
Used to be a great pod. Now it’s just okay. Content is getting repetitive. Dave by himself isn’t really cutting it. I don’t know. I used to love BP. Kinda sad to see the podcasts fall off.
Used to love this podcast but the Dave Meyer solo episodes just aren’t worth the time and often manage to infuriate me with his attempt to stay out of politics. No both sides aren’t equally responsible for the national debt. The Republicans party is mostly responsible for it with their wars and unfunded tax cuts. Also, how do you manage to discuss the big ugly bill without mentioning the huge cuts to Medicaid and food stamps? Because you think those programs don’t affect real estate investor... more
One of the biggest disappointments in the podcast world is the demise of Bigger Pockets content. It has devolved from hearing actual industry professionals sharing strategies, tactics and lessons; to a reactionary daily diatribe about what today’s political news means for interest rates (with a 5 minute side bar about bond investing and how it actually controls mortgage rates…)and thus the real estate market.
