  • Leave Abortion Out of Podcast

Please don’t use abortion analogies when your guest is not educated and clearly does not understand women’s rights. Doesn’t belong on this podcast.

  • Confusing for Beginners…

As a complete rookie, this podcast feels all over the place and I am not learning information about investing in real estate other than the sponsorships that make it “simple and easy if you go to this website”. I would prefer something more structured that offers a step by step guidance on how to save for a property, the closing process, and renting/selling your first property.
