  • Insightful and hilarious

Love the insights and humor delivered in equal measure by this podcast. Diverse and interesting guests keep the show fresh. I’ll never forget at the end of one episode, Josh told his guest “alright, you warmed up? We’re gonna start recording now” I was crying laughing

  • Compound to the moon

What a great show, love every episode. Jeremy Grantham fascinating - though I hope he’s wrong on the bubble for at least the next 5 years…….great balance from the team, stock market crashes in 2026 ….. after 4 days of trading 🤣 ….. Ray Dalio in his fur coat …… Keep it up from your biggest fan in the UK.

  • Last time I listen to this show

The Host’s attitude is not convincing any more, so I can’t get any value out of listening. The Host is turning into a mouthpiece of processed ignorance, heavy on American ignorance. I would never associate with a person like this in real life because their thoughts are unsound. I really used to like this show, too. Your grasp of reality is slipping and where it is slipping into is discordant.

Trump's 10 Commandments for Business
Q: What is an actionable takeaway for corporate leaders in light of these patterns?
CEOs should focus on private, strategic engagement with small groups of trusted allies, avoid public humiliations, and be prepared to pivot if the leader sees a window for a targeted, favorable arrangement, rather than trying to defeat him in public discourse alone.
Trump's 10 Commandments for Business
Q: You have this thesis that Trump's behavior is not chaotic, it's patterned. Can you summarize one of your commandments that is most misunderstood by critics, by markets?
Trump's actions follow repeatable patterns, such as targeting allies and reshaping coalitions to keep opponents off balance; understanding these commandments helps explain why markets react the way they do and how CEOs can anticipate or respond to his moves without overreacting to singular headlines.
Big Tech Has Til Year-End…or Else.
Q: Why might investors consider non-US equities as an alternative?
Because if non-US stocks begin to outperform or Big Tech struggles to deliver on AI-driven growth, money may rotate to rest of world equities which currently show a different mix of leadership and valuation exposure.
Big Tech Has Til Year-End…or Else.
Q: What is the core risk for Big Tech as they shift toward AI-led capex spending?
The core risk is whether these companies can translate heavy investment into sustainable profitability, with margins expected to compress this year before any potential margin expansion in 2027 if the investments pay off.
Autonomous Driving Is a Trillion Dollar Opportunity With Uber President Andrew Macdonald
Q: What has it been like delivering financial performance in Uber over the last few quarters?
We've managed to sustain significant growth and customer engagement, beating our internal targets and surprising ourselves with new customer acquisitions post-pandemic.
