  • Phenomenal

The podcast is informative and conversations are, most of the time, fun as well.

One of my favorite episodes was when Lisa guested Shaman Durek where he talked about transforming yourself through Spirit Hacking. I felt as if his 2-part episodes, per se, did really connect me to the deepest parts of my soul and intuition.

Relationships are no longer strictly role-based; people seek inner growth, secure attachment, and partnerships that support evolution, with a growing openness to conscious frameworks like Conscious Uncoupling and Calling in The One.
Best of The Aware Show with Katherine Woodward Thomas: Developing Healthy Relationships
Q: Calling in The One, The One, what does that mean to you?
It means taking full responsibility for the kind of person you are showing up as and aligning your inner state so you attract a healthy, compatible partner, rather than chasing or needing someone to complete you.
Dr Cheryl Fraser: Improve Your Relationship – Part 1
Q: How can couples improve their communication and avoid 'ugly arguing' that leads to divorce?
By learning to fight fair, recognizing and managing flooded emotions, implementing a triage approach to pauses during heated moments, and prioritizing repair, sincere apologies, and a concrete plan to change behavior over time.
Dr Cheryl Fraser: Improve Your Relationship – Part 1
Q: What are the basic three keys you have to a great relationship?
The three keys are intimacy (broadly defined as psychological, communicative, and spiritual connection), deep conversations about hopes and fears, and ongoing listening and alignment to each other's life and needs; these form the foundation for a healthy, growing relationship.

Q: In your experience, what one leadership quality stands out above the rest, and why?
A leadership quality that stands out is guiding by a higher purpose rather than ego, which allows leaders to endure setbacks and channel experiences into greater impact for others.
