  • Meditation

I love Suzanne and everything she does but it’s difficult to do one of her guided meditations when you just get deep into it and a commercial comes on. And then on her app if you are trying to listen to a guided meditation and your phone screen goes black then the guided meditation stops and you have to tap your phone and start it again.

Gratitude, that’s what I call what I’m feeling right now. Found Suzanne on YouTube around 2 months ago and can’t stop listening to her videos, podcasts, and more. I’m from Arizona and can’t wait to see her at The Wolf’s message documentaries. Thank you for sharing your live experience as a medium and lessons. 🦋🦋🦋

There is a loud screaming ad right in the middle of the meditation. Very unsettling.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

You’re Being Guided All Day — You’re Just Not Noticing
Q: How can I trust guidance when logic and evidence seem uncertain?
Trust the spirit, not the sitter, and seek evidence that feels genuinely supportive; do not claim absolute certainty, but share what you sense with humility and caution.
What If Awakening Means Living More Fully in the Body?
Q: What should someone do when they feel triggered and wobbling in ways that disrupt their life?
Recognize that the trigger is often subconscious; work with mind, body, and breath together to identify where in the body to build circuitry, and use that awareness to shift projection from reaction to creation.
What If Awakening Means Living More Fully in the Body?
Q: How can someone who is new to these ideas begin to embody higher energy in daily life?
Start with the body, bring attention to a specific region, breathe slowly, and cultivate loving presence there; over time this builds circuitry that allows the energy to flow and manifest in healthier, more empowered ways.
What If Awakening Means Living More Fully in the Body?
Q: Would you address why some people have immediate transcendental experiences while others struggle for years to experience anything similar?
It was my time, but the key is that the experience alone doesn't change earthly life; what changes is awareness, how we integrate, and the ongoing practice of building circuitry in the body to sustain higher energy.
When the Mind Wants Drama
Q: How safe is AI in the hands of awakened people, and can it be used for good or harm?
AI can be a tool for good when guided by consciousness and ethics, with safeguards like Grace (a spiritual librarian) guiding toward spiritual information and positive outcomes; fear is a product of catastrophizing, and trust in joy is emphasized as a grounding principle.
