  • Ackerman bribed me…

…with the promise of snuggles and Eskimo kisses, but he’s a cute (and maniacally persistent) lil gremlin, so who am I to deny some TLC?

He didn’t like my first review from… 4 years ago…? Ask him, I guess… I don’t remember the date, but I he could definitely tell you. He told me that he wrote it in his diary and detailed so many sleepless nights. 😮‍💨

  • Great for CrossFit... not so much for conspiracy theories

Decent podcast when it comes to to discussing CrossFit, but one of the hosts seems to have gone down the conspiracy theory funnel. It’s not something uncommon to see in some CrossFit circles, but being able to hold information objectively is fairly important. My hope is that spiral out doesn’t continue to make its way into the episodes.
