Love this show - you guys single handedly taught me how to intelligently approach workouts to avoid burnout and stay consistent. I have two kids and a bad case of “all or nothing” and listening to this podcast has helped me become more kind to myself. BTW I have been following CF Linchpin for a few months now and am loving it!
I stumbled onto this podcast by accident and I seriously love it. As a long time Crossfitter and garage gym athlete(not to mention lifelong fitness and nutrition obsessed nerd) I find their episodes informative, entertaining and great reminders/discussions. I can’t wait until bedtime every night because of this show.
