  • Spiritual without religion

I have really enjoyed the daily proverbs. It is of great interest to me the different perceptions and understandings people have. Kelly doesn’t use the same translation as I do, but that just adds to the nuance. It wasn’t written in English so there is room for a variety of wording. And as English has changed over the years things have different flavor. Thank you Kelly for sharing this

  • Who is this crazy guy with all these dreadlocks??!!!

An inspiration, ………………………………………………………………………………………Within this world we are fortunate enough to find inspiration, utilize it to motivate ourselves, and navigate the spaces in which we exist at a greater capacity. To be a person of such great character to share this wisdom, challenge your friends and audience to be influenced by it, and elevate those around you, makes you an icon. It is the force of that empowerment that drives Kelly to seek the messages, and counsel of those he himself is inspired... more

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

#833 Joaquim Harris
Q: What was the turning point when you learned the value of mentorship and friendship?
The long-standing bonds with friends who became like family, and mentors who treated me with tough love, showed me that support and accountability from others can elevate you beyond what you thought possible.
#833 Joaquim Harris
Q: How did your experiences growing up on bases shape your coaching style later in life?
Growing up in a melting pot environment and learning to connect with people from all backgrounds taught me to lead with empathy, teamwork, and a belief that we succeed together, not as individuals.
#833 Joaquim Harris
Q: Okay. Tell us about your pop and the discipline he modeled for you.
The discipline came from a deep, consistent presence at home; his strictness was about guiding me to be the best version of myself and to understand that responsibility starts with how you conduct yourself every day.
#830 Moshe Engelberg
Q: How can someone reconcile love-led leadership with profit when reports show leaders who prioritize money still succeed?
He argues that money can be achieved without love, but true, sustainable engagement and loyalty come from aligning profit with purpose; the remedy is to shift mindsets about money, test assumptions, and use tools like the magic triangle to connect core beliefs to outcomes.
#830 Moshe Engelberg
Q: Do you think that there's enough proof in it to convince analytically minded leaders?
Moshe explains that data exists showing profitability and impact when leading with love, and that organizations like Trader Joe's exemplify this; the key is integrating love with measurable outcomes and making a compelling business case through evidence and storytelling.
